Spanish visas & residency

You've decided to move to Spain. We do the hard part.

Visa, sworn translations, submission, residency card, town hall registration, bank account and digital certificate. One named case manager handles the Spanish bureaucracy from your first document to your first weeks here.

See your fee before you pay anything. On most visas, the last payment is only due once your visa is approved.

Everything in your visa fee

Most visa services stop at approval. We don't.

Approval is roughly halfway. After it come the residency card, the town hall, the bank, the digital certificate and, for freelancers, the tax and Social Security registrations. Here's exactly what we do at every stage.

Stage 1

Before you apply

  • An eligibility check, plus your AI assistant, any time of day
  • A personalised document checklist for your visa and your route
  • Every document audited against current UGE and consulate requirements
  • Sworn translations included on most visas, up to €50 per adult

Stage 2

Getting approved

  • We file UGE applications for you, with the UGE fee included where applicable
  • Consulate route: a ready-to-present booklet
  • Answers to any request for more documents, handled by your case manager
  • We track rule changes at the UGE and adjust your file to match
  • Every document, message and milestone in your dashboard

Stage 3 · the part nobody advertises

After approval

  • TIE residency card: appointment, form and fee guidance
  • Empadronamiento (town hall registration) guidance
  • Spanish bank account guidance
  • Digital certificate (FNMT) and public health card guidance
  • Autónomo and Social Security guidance for freelancers

Honest note: fingerprints and a few appointments have to be attended by you, in person. We tell you exactly what to bring and when.

The honest version

What we can't promise, and what we do instead.

We can't speed up the government.

Processing time and the decision belong to the UGE or the consulate. We make sure your file is never the reason it's slow.

You'll still have to show up.

Biometrics and TIE fingerprints are in person. We tell you what to bring, so you only go once.

Freelancers usually can't use the Beckham Law.

The 24% flat rate is mainly for employees of foreign companies. We tell you which applies to you before you move.

Approval isn't the finish line.

Your first months come with their own paperwork. That's why our guidance keeps going after the visa.

All questions

What exactly does my visa fee include?

Eligibility review, a personalised checklist, a full document audit, sworn translations on most visas, the UGE fee on the UGE route, submission or a ready-to-present consulate booklet, answers to any request for documents, a named case manager, dashboard tracking, and step-by-step guidance after approval for the TIE, padrón, bank account, digital certificate and health card.

When do I pay?

In instalments tied to progress, not dates. Most visas are three payments: one to start, one before your case is processed and the last once your visa is approved. Renewals, the Student Visa and Long-Term Residence are two. Every visa's card shows the amounts.

Do you help after my visa is approved?

Yes. This is where most services stop. We guide you through the TIE fingerprint appointment, empadronamiento, opening a Spanish bank account, your digital certificate and your health card. Fingerprints and some appointments must be attended in person; we tell you exactly what to bring.

I freelance. Do I need to register as autónomo?

Usually, yes. Self-employed Digital Nomad Visa holders commit to registering with Spanish Social Security after approval and before working here. We guide you through the steps. Remote employees on payroll do not register as autónomo.

What is not included?

Consular fees on the consulate route, translations beyond your visa's allowance, apostilles, background checks, health insurance and the TIE card fee. Each visa's page lists what its fee covers before you pay.

Can my family come with me?

Yes. A spouse or partner applies as an adult and each child has a separate, lower fee, listed with every visa. Family members get their own residence permits; work rights depend on the visa type, and we confirm yours before you apply.

The paperwork stops being your problem today.

Eligibility in minutes. A named case manager when you're ready.
